Dominic grew up in San Diego and still works out of North County. He studied civil engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and has spent eleven years in temporary works — scaffold, structural shoring, excavation shoring, formwork and reshore, suspended platforms and rigging, among others. He takes most of the first calls, and the relationships are the part he enjoys most.

JAMESON SCHWAB
PE, SE — Principal Engineer & Co-Founder
Jameson works out of the Bay Area. He studied civil engineering at Fresno State and structural engineering at UC San Diego, and started in bridge design before moving into temporary works nine years ago — falsework and formwork, structural shoring, suspended platforms, facade access and permanent fall protection, among others. He takes the last look at every package before it is sealed.

Send us the job
Plan set, scope, site and soil conditions, the system you plan to use, jurisdiction and AHJ, needed-by date. We acknowledge every submission as soon as it is received.

Fixed fee, quoted fast
A principal reviews it and issues a clear lump-sum fee within one business day. No hourly billing, no surprises. If hourly billing is required, we’ll send you our rates immediately.

We engineer it
All analysis and design by a principal, to ASCE/SEI 37 and the governing OSHA and ANSI standards. Checked by the second principal before it’s sealed.

Stamped drawings and full calculations in 3–10 business days, ready for submittal. Questions after delivery? We are still your engineer.

Built for the AHJ that reviews it — Federal OSHA, the International Building Code, state and local jurisdiction requirements. We will respond and keep you in the loop. Simple questions and back and forth is included, always.
